Helium10 is a suite of software tools designed primarily for Amazon and Walmart sellers to help them optimize their product listings, improve sales, and manage their businesses more efficiently on the platform. It provides a variety of features for different stages of selling on Amazon and/or Walmart, from product research to listing optimization, inventory management, and advertising. 

Helium10 is super helpful among both new and experienced sellers, providing data-driven insights to help improve listing visibility, increase sales, and efficiently manage an eCommerce business. 

  1. Keyword Research:

    • Cerebro: A reverse ASIN/Item ID lookup tool that shows which keywords are driving traffic to competitors' listings. 

    • Magnet: Helps sellers discover high-volume, relevant keywords for their product listings. 

  2. Listing Optimization:

    • Scribbles: Helps ensure that all relevant keywords are included in product listings to improve search visibility.

    • Listing Builder: Assists in creating highly optimized Amazon listings with the best keywords.

  3. Analytics and Performance Monitoring:

    • Keyword Tracker: Track real-time keyword updates, analyze competitors, and get automated keyword suggestions.

    • Profits: Tracks sales, profits, and expenses in real-time.

  4. PPC Campaign Optimization:

    • Adtomic: A tool for creating, managing, and optimizing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ad campaigns.


These tools are only available for Amazon, and unfortunately don’t carry over to Walmart: 

  1. Product Research:

  4. Analytics and Performance Monitoring:

    • Refund Genie: Helps sellers recover money from Amazon for inventory losses and damages.

  5. Product Launch and Promotions:

    • Follow-Up: An email automation tool that helps sellers engage with customers, request reviews, and follow up on orders.

While not all of the tools carry over to Walmart, it’s still extremely handy for the tools that they do offer. If Amazon is your main marketplace, it can’t hurt to try your hand at Walmart, using H10’s suite to guide your path!

Amanda is the Director of Operations, with experience in the eCommerce industry from starting her own small businesses. She is fresh on the scene, but brings experience selling on Etsy, as well as her own websites. 

She runs multiple side hustles to feed her creative side, including social media, website design, customer service, and product production. Born and raised in Buffalo, of course many of these designs center around the Buffalo Bills and our amazing city.  

As Director of Operations, Amanda is here to help bring clients into long-term brand partnerships with buffaBRAND. She achieves this through consistency of communication and aligning our client needs with our expert services.  

Beyond marketing, Amanda enjoys spending time with friends, reading, and working on her current creative hyperfixation. She resides in Buffalo with her long-term boyfriend, her dog Ginny, and two cats, Martini and Margarita.
